Search Engine Optimization
Level 2 Agreement & Guarantee
This agreement is entered into on the _______ day of ______, 2009 between BoostYourBiz.com (hereinafter referred to as “BYB” and __________________________________ (hereinafter referred to as “Client”).
BYB Responsibilities
• Optimization of your Home page plus ten additional pages.
• Keyword research and analyses to determine the best phrases to target.
• Recommendations and implementation to your on-page content, complimenting newly written HTML coding.
• Monthly submissions and search engine rank reporting for up to 100 keyword phrases via our online Member interface
into our “Tracker Software System.”
• Monthly monitoring of your Website to ensure that it stays at 90-95% compliant with current search engine criteria.
• Guaranteed multiple listings on the front and 2nd pages of the major search engines within 90 days or a 100% refund.
• Provide client optimized files for every optimized page.
Client Responsibilities
• Provide BYB with direction and focus of the campaign.
• Provide BYB with a list of pages to be optimized.
• Provide BYB with FTP access if BYB is to upload the optimization.
Payment Terms
Client agrees to pay BYB an initial fee of $2,400.00 for the optimization work to be performed. Client agrees to pay $299.00 per month thereafter for maintaining the optimization, submitting the phrases to the search engines, monitoring the site and providing rank reports in the online Member Area of the Tracker Software System. Client may elect to receive a deep discount by pre-paying $5,000.00 for the first calendar year and $2,990.00 each year thereafter.
Default
If BYB fails to perform the optimization with 15 business days after the initial payment is made, Client may request a full refund.
If Client fails to pay any monthly payment within 10 days of its due date, BYB may terminate its on-going optimization services. Client understands that if his service has been terminated, his ranking in the search engines will fall.
Client agrees not to overwrite the optimization performed by BYB. If this occurs, the search engine placement guarantee is voided and there may be a charge of up to $100.00 per page to re-optimize the website.
